Domino’s is seen as a tech innovator, and they walk the walk. In 2022, we started launching a fleet of over 800 electric delivery vehicles across the country. I was responsible for designing what the wrap on those vehicles would look like, as well as creating the campaign look and feel across touchpoints like the landing page and assets on Dominos.com.

The campaign involved a ton of custom asset creation from scratch. Things like the interactive map on the landing page, the main badge on the vehicle, a sequence of images for in interactive 3D rotation of the car, creating UV maps of the 3D car model to use to design the graphics, and more.

I made far more for this project than is on this page, like matching charging stations for the car, early iterations and directions for the wrap, and more. Contact me if you want to see more.
// EV Fleet.Landing Page
For the landing page, I stretched the Domino’s brand a little bit to create a dark, stormy, lightning theme to create a tie to the spots where an old mini van a driver is using is shocked by lightning and transformed into the new EV. For the main stage, I rendered out a series of angles of the car, then composited everything in Photoshop to create this stormy highway scene.

We wanted to show that this wasn’t a gimmick where we make one or two cars then talk about it - we really bought and launched 800+ cars. To do that, I created an interactive 3D map that highlights on hover to show the amount in each state.

We went deep on this one. I also created a coming soon page that featured an animation of the car’s headlights ominously poking through fog using volumetrics in Blender.
