Management

I’ve lead the design team at WorkInProgress for the last four years with a team of three designers under me. I’ve been responsible for allocating design resources to projects, reviewing work and providing feedback, conducting design critiques and reviews, and presenting work to C-Suite level clients.

Process + Organization

As I grew with WIP, I played a big role in developing our design processes as well as things like the organization of our server, the creation of our deck templates across multiple applications, our brand letterhead, and so on.

I’m an advocate for always improving workflows. I credit the efficiency of how I work to much of the success I’ve had. There’s only so much time in a day, and if you can make something that usually takes you 30 seconds only take 4 seconds, that adds up.
