// Project.Emergency Pizza
My Role
We wanted to kickstart the new Domino’s® Rewards program - and to do so, a couple of our talented creatives (Alex Berry and Tyler Burton) came up with a way to put a fun wrapper on a BOGO offer. That wrapper was Emergency Pizza: pizza when you need it most. The mechanic was simple, you order Domino’s, then we send you a free pizza coupon to use in case of a pizza emergency.
The free pizza integrated into the new Domino’s Rewards system, and appeared as an offer card within that experience. I worked with a Senior Designer on my team, Tyler Merritt, to establish a custom card featuring a breaking glass case animation.
We extended this campaign into our packaging, and I designed a new medium pizza box in the theme of the campaign that became campaign’s key visual. It aimed to be referential to the glass ‘Break In Case of Emergency’ boxes you see on walls, as well as evocative of things like first aid kits and rations.This is some text inside of a div block.
